MATT JOBLON, Founding Partner and CEO of BMC Investments. Since 2010, BMC has developed or is in the process of developing over $500 million in projects, all in Cherry Creek, including market leaders such as Steele Creek and the Halcyon Hotel, and restaurants Matsuhisa, Quality Italian and Departure. BMC has another $500 million in development projects in the pipeline for Cherry Creek, Boulder and the Fitzsimmons Medical Campus. A force in the future of our neighborhood, he will update us on projects including Second and Detroit, and the St. Paul Collection. Matt wants to hear your ideas and share with you his vision for a vibrant Cherry Creek North.
JONATHAN SAIBER, AIA, Saiber Saiber Inc. will discuss the new project on 2nd Ave. and Cook St. and will provide an update on the Downs Syndrome Foundation Building under construction at 2nd Ave. and Adams St. From 1988 through 2012 Jonathan served as mayoral appointee on and chairman of the Cherry Creek North Design Advisory Board. As a member of the team that developed the Cherry Creek Area Plan, an author of the Cherry Creek North Urban Form Study and participant on the Cherry Creek Zoning Task Force. Jonathan contributes to and works towards guidance of the re-vitalization of the Cherry Creek neighborhood, in which his office is located. Jonathan received both his B.A. and M.A of Architecture from Tulane University.

A big thank everyone who came out for our 13th Annual Community Service Event at Salvation Army! Over 40 people turned out for the event on Saturday. This year we sorted, packaged and wrapped toys and enjoyed one another’s company while doing so.
